Week Three- Chocolate Mousse

This week we were joined by Ms. Prodhomme to make some chocolate mousse. We learned how to separate egg yolks from whites and how to whip those whites in fluffy goodness. We also learned how to melt chocolate in a bain-marie.

We are getting better at staying clean and cleaning up when we do make a mess. Here are some pictures from this week:
